Brandon Lee Kaui Cablay (born March 1, 1978 in Kemake, Hawaii) is a Filipino- American professional basketball player currently playing for the Alaska Aces in the Philippine Basketball Association. He started his career in the PBA in 2003 as a member of the Alaska Aces. He won his first PBA championship in the 2003 PBA Invitational Conference, wherein he was named Finals MVP. He was acquired by the Beermen from the Aces in exchange for Nic Belasco.

Cablay was traded by the Beermen to Purefoods at the start of the 2007-08 PBA season. He was then signed as a free agent by his former team the Alaska Aces in 2009.
